The Simca Coupé 1000 and its successor, the Simca 200S were small, rear-engined two-door coupés (described by one well informed commentator as "Pseudo-sportives") sold by Simca between 1962 and 1971. Simca also provided the engine and the mechanical underpinnings while the small elegant bodies were built in Turin by Bertone before being transferred for final assembly to Simca's Poissy.

This Simca 1200 is from March 1968. The previous owner bought the car in 1996 and restored the car. The car is almost completely original except for the handmade exhaust and exhaust manifold and the oil cooler. Furthermore, the car has original 13" rims and extra yellow fog lamps.
